We’re honored and proud to have picked up the 2021 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award in the category of Virtual Intelligence, granted by Business Intelligence Group.
The Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards recognize those “who bring AI to life and apply it to solve real problems”.
To that end, we’re delighted to have been recognized for our work on bringing AI-powered digital humans into the healthcare, financial services, retail, telco and technology sectors, to name a few recent applications.

Digital humans and virtual intelligence innovation
UneeQ VP of Marketing, Daryl Reva, said digital humans have begun to add emotional intelligence and personality into virtual intelligence – and that this technology is now more available than ever before.
“The conversational AI platform market is set to grow by around 30% each year until 2025, when it will be a $17 billion sector. But that only tells part of the story of virtual intelligence,” he explained.
“Digital humans are putting personality at the front of the user experience, so brands can engage with their people with the power of AI and emotional connection.

“It’s great to have our work recognized by our peers in the industry; and it’s a privilege to join previous winners of the AI Excellence Award, including IBM, MailChimp and Veritone, to name a few.”
