In fact, when planning to open their flagship technology and appliance store in Auckland, The Warehouse Group brand was looking for something more personalized, memorable and UneeQ. Meet Nola!

From her kiosk, Nola greets customers and holds a conversation to help them find what they’re looking for in an engaging way. She'll guide customers to the right part of the store, answer questions and can even escalate to a real member of staff, taking the customer's name and handing over seamlessly.

Nola lives and breathes the fresh, fun and youthful Noel Leeming brand. She helps countless people throughout the day, and she does so with consistency and a big smile. Unless you want a discount on Apple products; then you’re likely to see her cheeky side.
