At Dell Technologies World 2026, UneeQ teamed up with NVIDIA to show what modern banking can feel like when you stop choosing between a warm welcome and a quick answer. The result is a digital banking experience with a face, a personality, and the scale to greet every single customer — instantly, around the clock.

The trade-off banks have lived with for decades

For a long time, banking was a conversation. You’d go into a branch and someone in your community would help you personally. The best branch managers knew your name, your business, and the loan you were nervous about. They used their personal skills and their expertise to guide you and help you make the best financial decisions.

Then digital banking arrived and changed the deal. Apps and websites made everything faster and more convenient — but somewhere along the way, the human touch left through the back door. 

Most customers had to trade a friendly face for a search bar and a chatbot. And banks have been stuck choosing between personal or convenient. Warm or fast. Pick one.

We don't think that trade-off needs to exist anymore.

Bank to the future: What we built with NVIDIA and Dell

For Dell Technologies World 2026, we built a truly modern digital banking experience — one with life, personality, convenience, and scale.

A digital human banking concierge, Andie, greets you the moment you arrive. 

She asks what you’re looking for, and upon hearing you’re looking at your mortgage options, directs you to Alex, the bank’s mortgage specialist.

Alex guides you through the experience, asking you questions about your finances, job, lifestyle, and household situation. Just like a real in-branch expert, she helps you face to face, in natural conversation. 

However, you don’t have to wait weeks for a meeting or travel to the branch. Alex can speak to you at any hour — and in any language. It's the warmth of a great branch experience delivered with the speed and reach of an app.

This is digital banking that feels personal again, without asking the bank to hire a thousand more people to make it happen, all running locally on Dell and NVIDIA hardware.

Going beyond the branch

So did we just recreate the bank branch? Well, not quite.

Some 63% of banking customers say they still want access to physical branches for complex tasks or ones they need reassurance about, according to Accenture.

But the digital bank isn’t a nostaligic step backwards. We built this experience to take the bank branch into the future, 24/7, 365 days of the year.

In the video, you’ll notice how Andie loads the digital bank with a flourish, immersing customers in the “virtualness” of the experience.

Alex, the mortgage specialist, also uses an on-screen calculator to help customers understand what’s being discussed in real time — excellent for the more visual learners among us.
